• Jay: Ok, this is kind of a weird question, but did you really do your hair with mayo before a Breeders show?
• Kim Deal: Oh, mayo, let me see ... Butter, a piece of ham, anything that was greasy. Yeah. I used beer. Beer's not the best, though, 'cause it doesn't have a lot of grease in it. I don't do it all the time. It was when my hair was a certain length, and I'd just washed it. It would just be all over the place, so I'd grease it down so it would stay in place.
